James Point was founded on the love for simplicity, organization, sophistication and a true love for high quality and luxury paper. The goal was to create a collection of products I have always wanted (and needed!) at different points of my life and career but have never been able to find.

Our premier product line is an exquisite collection of high-quality stationery products for list makers looking for a simple and sophisticated way to stay organized. Our cornerstone product, The MultiTasker was born out of necessity. A need for simplicity, a need for quality and luxurious feel, and a need to keep all my lists in one place.

About Me

I’ve always been a list maker. There is just something so satisfying about creating a list and physically checking things off when they are complete. I’m a mom and wife with a busy household and work life - so I make lots and lots of lists. I used to carry stacks of Post-it notes around with me to keep separate lists for everything, but it drove my husband crazy! On the other hand, keeping everything on one giant list just felt overwhelming and chaotic. I knew there had to be a better way to keep things organized and most importantly, keep them simple.

I was that kid growing up who LOVED back to school time – because it meant shopping for school supplies. New notebooks, new pens – it was the BEST! As an adult, I still get excited about new pens and love nothing more than strolling the office supply aisles at Target and the pen aisle at Staples.

Being a working mom is hard. Being a working mom during a global pandemic is a whole different ballgame. When work and mom life collide, it means different schedules and flexible hours (who am I kidding- flexible everything!), and some really long days. But it also means I sometimes have an extra sweet helper hanging around the office.
